Sometimes, it’s the little things that cause the biggest frustrations. High-pressure fill hoses, for all their critical function, haven’t changed much in decades, and they are still just as awkward to handle as ever before. Stiff, inflexible, and prone to wear at stress points, they can make even simple fill operations more difficult than they need to be.
It was time for a change. Meet the new Swivel Hose Connector and Protected Fill Hose from Nardi Compressori. Both are engineered to solve small problems and make a big difference in day-to-day use at fill stations worldwide.

Meet the HR800-001 Swivel Hose Connector
The Nardi HR800-001 Swivel Hose Connector is a compact, high-pressure solution designed to improve hose management during tank fills. Installed between your compressor, filter tower, or fill panel and the high-pressure hose, this 1/4″ NPT connector rotates freely, allowing your hose to pivot with the operator’s movements.
This reduces twisting, minimizes stress on fittings, and helps prevent premature wear or failure. It’s a small, smart addition that makes every fill cycle smoother and more reliable — especially in demanding SCUBA, SCBA, or industrial air applications.
Upgrade Your Hose with the New PA113-100

The HR800-001 is a perfect match for our new PA113-100 high-pressure fill hose, now available with a protective stainless steel cage spring for added durability and user safety.
This 40″ (1 m) hose is rated for pressures up to 6,164 psi (425 bar) and is engineered to handle the demands of frequent fills in both field and shop environments. The new spring guard keeps the hose end secure and prevents bending or fatigue at the fitting — one of the most common failure points in high-pressure systems.
Designed for Performance and Built for Safety
Together, these two components bring added flexibility, reliability, and longevity to your high-pressure air system — whether you're filling SCUBA tanks at the dive shop, topping off SCBA cylinders at the station, or running a portable compressor in the field.
