BON2-25-350 High-Pressure Booster

The Nardi BON2 Series is a heavy-duty line of high-pressure boosters specifically engineered for industrial gas applications. Designed to intake gases from a pre-pressurized source and recompress up to 6000 psi (420 bar), these units offer a powerful solution for operations requiring consistent high-pressure output and long-term reliability.

With an available 5.4 or 7.5 horsepower motor, the BON2-25-350 offers a pressure output range of 1450 to 6000 psi (100 to 420 bar). It is compatible with air, nitrogen, and other inert gases, making it a versatile solution for many industrial needs. The C Frame is suitable for indoor use; the M Frame is a silenced unit ideal for outdoor installations.

Key Features

Suction System

• G1”F gas connection for easy integration.

• Intake pressure continuously monitored by a precision pressure transmitter.

• Equipped with a shut-off solenoid valve for added safety.

• Stock intake pressure also monitored for reliable operation.

Inlet Pressure Management

• Handles inlet pressures from 4 to 11 bar (58–174 psi).

• Pressure transmitter enables automatic start/stop functions and alerts for high/low pressure.

• If installing a pressure-reducing valve, ensure a minimum capacity of 24.7 cfm (700 L/min).

Interstage Separators & Automatic Condensate Drain

• Two condensate separators (one per stage) plus a final PAC3 molecular filter for superior gas purity.

• Fully automated condensate and oil drainage during operation.

• Adjustable drain intervals via the control panel.

• Condensate is collected in an external recovery tank for easy maintenance.

Compressor Block Features

• Forced-feed lubrication with a 3.5L oil pump and integrated oil filter.

• Air-cooled interstage coolers after each compression stage.

• Safety valves installed after each stage and at final pressure for maximum protection.

• Pressure-maintaining and check valve before the outlet.

• Final pressure gauge and automatic oil level alarm included.

Compressor Unit Design

• 5.4 or 7.5 hp (4.0–5.5 kW) motor; 400-volt, three-phase power supply (50 or 60 Hz). Optional soft start.

• Rear vertical cooling air intake with hot air exhaust from the back.

• Mounted on anti-vibration supports for reduced noise and wear.

• Soundproof frame with sound-absorbent materials for quiet operation.

• Not suitable for direct sun or weather exposure (indoor use recommended).

• High-pressure outlet: G1/4” connection or 6mm tube with nut and ferrule.

Advanced Electronic Control Panel

• User-friendly illuminated display showing operating hours, differential, and maximum pressure.

• Supports AUTOMATIC mode for storage systems or MANUAL mode for single-use applications.

• Monitors head temperature (with high-temp alarm) and motor current draw.

• Features soft-start integration capability.

• Start and emergency stop keys prominently placed.

• Alarms for filter cartridge replacement, scheduled maintenance, and low oil level.

• Temperature units selectable (°C / °F) and pressure units configurable (bar, MPa, psi).

• Remote control functionality available.

PAC3 Purification System

• Integrated pressure-maintaining valve for optimized purification performance.

• Built-in non-return valve helps maintain storage pressure without extra check valves.

• Long-lasting filters designed and tested to PED 2014/68/UE standards.

• Quick-change cartridge system for easy replacement (service life approximately 1000 hours).
