FILTER CARTRIDGES (Sold Separately)

Our filters are engineered to purify compressed air and gases by removing residual moisture, oil, and odors that may pass through mechanical separators. Each system includes a built-in mechanical pre-separator that spin-dries the incoming air, eliminating liquid contaminants before they reach the filtration media.

To ensure optimal performance and compliance with DIN EN 12021:2014 standards for breathing air, every NARDI filter is equipped with a maintenance valve. This feature maximizes the contact time between the gas and the absorbent materials inside the cartridge.

Each filter cartridge is housed in a durable aluminum body and contains a multi-stage filtration core:

• Felt pads for coarse particle removal

• Molecular sieve for water vapor absorption

• Activated carbon to eliminate oil vapors and odors

• Hopcalite (optional) to convert carbon monoxide (CO) into carbon dioxide (CO₂)

All cartridges undergo a decontamination process, then are sealed and vacuum-packed to preserve the integrity and longevity of the absorbent media, protecting it from external contaminants over time.
