Nardi ONE · All-in-One SCBA/SCUBA Containment Fill Station

Introducing a fully integrated breathing air solution for fire, safety, rescue, and dive shop personnel. The Nardi ONE is an all-in-one SCBA/SCUBA cylinder filling solution that combines containment fill station, high-pressure compressor, CGA Grade E filtration, high-pressure storage, cascade filling system, and SCBA filling panel in a single compact station designed for mission-critical environments. Third-party tested in accordance with NFPA 1900:2024, the Nardi ONE safely fills two (2) SCBA or SCUBA cylinders simultaneously. All Nardi ONE Safe Filling Stations include soft start, oil pump, oil alert, and large separators. Maximum operating pressure: 6000 psi (414 bar).

Major components and optional equipment:

• INTEGRATED NARDI SAFE FILL (NSF) CONTAINMENT STATION
  Integrated containment fill station safely fills two SCBA or SCUBA cylinders at a time. Cylinder diameter: 9" (23 cm). Cylinder length: 29.5" (75 cm).
• DUAL SAFETY INTERLOCK
  The containment fill station door must be closed and locked to start cylinder filling. Filling process stops automatically if door is unlocked or opened.
• HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR
  Choose from the Pacific 50, 60, 60/4, 68, and 85 compressors. FAD range 17.7–30 cfm (500–850 L/min).
• HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTOR SYSTEM
  Heavy-duty compressor block engineered for long life. Power range: 15–25 hp (11–18.5 kW).
• SMART ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL
  Continuous monitoring for total filling station control. (Touch screen control panel optional.)
• ADVANCED COOLING DESIGN
  Efficient cooling system for long-duty compressor operation. (Nardi Chiller Refrigerated Dryer optional.)
• CASCADE SYSTEM
  Cascade storage system enables faster and more efficient SCBA cylinder filling. Includes two 50L high-pressure storage cylinders.
• DUAL PAC 3 FILTERS
  EN 12021 and CGA 7.1 (Grade E) compliant filtration system.
• OPTIONAL GAS GUARDIAN
  The NARDI Gas Guardian is a next-generation multigas (CO, CO2, O2, and VOC) quality monitoring system designed for compressed breathing air environments.
