Fire departments and scuba shops don't want to work through complicated setups, multiple vendors, or equipment that falls short when it's time to fill tanks. That's exactly why we built the NARDI ONE.

Debuting this month at the FDIC International Booth 5199, NARDI ONE is a compact, all-in-one SCBA or SCUBA containment fill station that integrates a high-pressure compressor, high-pressure storage, cascade filling system, blast containment station, and filling panel into a single, mission-ready unit. No piecing together components from different sources. No compromises on safety or performance. Everything you need, engineered as ONE.

Built for the Demands of the Job

NARDI ONE fills up to 40 cylinders per hour at pressures up to 6,000 psi (420 bar). It has been tested in accordance with NFPA 1900:2024 — the standard that matters most to the fire service.

The integrated NARDI Safe Fill (NSF) containment station lets you fill two SCBA or SCUBA cylinders simultaneously with full blast containment protection. The Dual Safety Interlock system requires the containment fill station door is closed and locked before filling begins. If the NSF door opens during cylinder filling, airflow is automatically halted. Operator protection is not an afterthought, it is designed in from the start.

Air quality is handled by a Double PAC3 Filter system that is compliant with both EN 12021 and CGA 7.1 (Grade E). The Smart Electronic Control Panel provides continuous monitoring and total station management, keeping your team in control at every stage of the filling process.

Spec It Your Way

NARDI ONE is available in five models: the NARDI ONE 50, 60, 60/4, 68, and 85. These models cover an FAD flow range of 17.7 to 30.0 cfm (500–850 L/min) with power from 15 to 25 hp (11–18.5 kW). All models run on 3-phase power: 400V, 440V, 480V at 50 or 60 Hz, making them compatible with virtually any fire station or dive operation in the Americas and worldwide.

DIN, Yoke, and CGA connections are all supported. Optional upgrades include the NARDI Gas Guardian electronic air quality monitor for live tracking of O2, CO, CO2, VOC, and humidity; the Nardi HP Chiller air dryer unit, and Touch Display Compressor Control interface.
